Donate gently worn, used and new shoes for a fundraiser for Medical Missions for Christ through March 10, 2024.

The shoes they collect go beyond raising funds for their organization, they are given a second life with those in need. The collected shoes are used to support micro-enterprise vendors. Micro-enterprises are small businesses in developing nations. They are typically operated by one person or family and friends, depending on size.

Their goal is 2500 pairs of shoes! Please help them in meeting/exceeding this goal!
Please either rubber band shoes together or bag them together. There will be a basket inside the front door of Canopy that you can drop them in through March 10!

This week in Adult Sunday school we will discuss ADOPTION:  you are placed into God's family as an adult son, carrying with it great dignity, great privilege, and great responsibility.  Join us as we discuss the process of adoption in the Greco-Roman world and how that affects our lives today!  1. What does the process of adoption mean in our culture?2. What do the following verses tell us about adoption:
Ephesians 1:3- 6, Galatians 4:4-7, and Romans 8:14-16
3. What do you find in common with adoption in our culture with these Scriptures?  What is different?
4. From what we learned in the preceding verses, how should the fact that you are an adopted son of God make a difference in your life today?
THIS FRIDAY AND SATURDAY!!!
Canopy is hosting the 2024 IF Gathering!
“IF:Gathering exists to equip women with gospel-centered resources, events, and community so that they may learn about who God is and disciple other women right where they are. We believe discipleship is the way Jesus said the world will change. Life-on-life. Coffee dates. In living rooms. In local churches, studying God’s Word together. Making disciples who make disciples.  The reason we gather is because we actually want to live out what we say we believe! We want to come together as a generation to live out what He has called us to do.
We gather, because we need each other. We equip, because we need to understand who God is, and we unleash you to your places because you are the most effective way to spread the message and hope of Jesus Christ.“
